Problem statement:
making blood donation and retrieval of blood simple and doable for every individual. With our blood distribution network, we connect matched donors with the banks and patients who need blood the most.
Approach followed :
We analyzed the problem statement. Our thought was to look at the problem faced by the donor's perspective as well as the receiver's perspective and find an efficient solution to the problems collectively .
We analyzed that most of these problems can be solved by building a strong network for the donors and the needy.
We followed an Agile software development approach to build our blood distribution network. This approach emphasized collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement, allowing us to respond quickly to changing requirements and user feedback.
